So I just stumble upon an article from times with the title: Why Exercise Won’t Make You Thin
It is a bold title as we all know that if we want to lose weight we need to dieting and exercise right? Or all we believed till now is just plain wrong? The article discuss really interesting points.
So when you exercise you will feel hungry right? But, did you know that eating after exercising can make you eat more and not only that, but also make you fatter.
If I were to exercise and burn around 300 calories, I should eat less than that. 300 calories is like what, one muffin? two muffin? No way I’m gonna hold my stomach and just eat one muffin, I gonna get myself a meal.
The exercise that was supposedly help you lose weight turn out to be the enemy of your weight.
Interesting topic I think, what do you guys think? Do you agree that exercise doesn’t do any good for weight loss?
