Let’s rush into a harsh diet shall we?
Many people doesn’t think the consequence of diet and how long does the term diet for their weight loss solution. Let me tell you that poeple who are dieting have lower health, immunity to disease and it the weight loss effect doesn’t last that long. Believe me because I been there.
The best way to lose weight is to change your habit little by litte, I start by eating some veggies (I use to hate vegetables, now I’m loving it) Then after a year of eating veggies, I start eating healthy (no processed food, no fast food, everything shall be coked by me or by healthy restaurant nearby) this goes for another year, and then I start doing my workout routine by biking for half an hour every morning for a year and so on. Do small thing to make a big changes.
