Taking Action – Don’t think, just do it

Its been a long time since my last post but I guess  I owe my reader an apologize, I been busy lately setting up my new weight loss site… :)

Anyway, I notice lately from my friends and my previous campaign that when you want to lose weight it is best not to think. When exercising your mind would scream “NOoooo… I don’t want to exercise!!” but your heart says ” But I want to be THIN!!!”… and most likely the mind win.

My advice is when you want to exercise or it is your daily routine to exercise then it is best that you don’t think, just do it. You can only think in the middle of the exercise when it is too late to quit. Anyway this is my quick tips, more tips would be given in my new site.

I’m fat because its God Will Right?

Now  if you are one of those everything has a reason believer then you would believe that every mischief happen in your life happen for a reason right? So if you are fat then it is God will and you shouldn’t have change it right?
Well if you a non-believer then let me tell you that you are not fat not bacause God want you to be fat but because it is your own habit that makes you fat, God has nothing to do with it.

If you are a  believer then you happen to read this page and I told you to struggle to lose weight, achieve your weight goal. After all this is the reason that you reading this line.

Charging for diet?

Let’s rush into a harsh diet shall we?

Many people doesn’t think the consequence of diet and how long does the term diet for their weight loss solution. Let me tell you that poeple who are dieting have lower health, immunity to disease and it the weight loss effect doesn’t last that long. Believe me because I been there.

The best way to lose weight is to change your habit little by litte, I start by eating some veggies (I use to hate vegetables, now I’m loving it) Then after a year of eating veggies, I start eating healthy (no processed food, no fast food, everything shall be coked by me or by healthy restaurant nearby) this goes for another year, and then I start doing my workout routine by biking for half an hour every morning for a year and so on. Do small thing to make a big changes.

Be the boss of food not food as the boss in your life

Taking charges over food which people can change and make their decision is one of the most greatest and intriguing feeling. Be the boss of your habit.

People can obsecurely follow their habit everywhere, even when it is a bad habit. We usually succumb to the habit because that what we usually do. But if you want to be truly living and make changes in your life you got to be the boss of yourself.

If you are the boss of your own business, that is good. But it is better if you are the boss of your habit, where you can change the bad habit in yourself into something that is better.

Most overweight people has their habit stuck on food, they want food, their mind want food, their body want food, but their heart don’t want more food. Follow your heart and you make a better choices.

No salt diet

A friend of mine has just finished 5 days with no salt diet and the result is fasinating, she lost 2 kg in just 5 days. The no salt diet is supposedly can help you lose weight up to 10 kg within 13 days. Only 13 days diet. But the diet long term effect is still unknown whether my friend is going to have her weight back again or not. But I can assure you that no salt diet work.

It is not the end

Some times when you fail in losing weight again and again you would feel that it is pointless, that you would stay in this unsatisfying figure, and the world will never on your side. It would be the end for you because you can’t lose weight right?

Well don’t lose hope, because you can’t or haven’t lose any weight doesn’t mean it is the end of the world. Because the truth is that there is nothing wrong by being fat. Well as long as your weight doesn’t reach obesity level 2 then you are in perfectly normal state.

Losing weight is just a way to make you feel better but if you can’t lose weight it doesn’t mean that it is the end.

Natural Weight Loss

Some people would think that losing weight is one of the hardest thing in the world, but that isn’t true. All thing can be easy, weight loss can be easy, you just need to know how.  I have been posting 100 more weight loss tips and habit that you can use to make your weight loss easier, but in all of them the key for easy weight loss is to do it naturally.

Natural weight loss is about losing without you even notice that you are trying to lose weight. No forced exercise and diet. If you try to lose weight using exercise and diet and you know that you do it with hard work then most likely that you would fail in the way. Now I know that there are people that lose weight using forced exercise and diet but the number are small, and it need tremendous motivation to do so.

Natural weight loss is doing small thing a day which then change your habit and from habit it would change your weight. Start by eating a lot when breakfast and make it a habit and after time you would naturally lose weight. Now I don’t say that you should eat a lot when breakfast because you can choose many small thing that you could do to lose weight. Thin Habit number 13

Personally I always see that thin people doesn’t strict their food. They eat what they want, many doesn’t eat any veggies at all. Some of the thin people I met they eat only meat, so the concept that veggies is good for weight loss and meat is bad for weight loss is false. Meat can be good for your weight as long as you balance the calorie intake with exercise and also the blood type match the food criteria.
